Charge Smarter at Home
Owning an electric vehicle should make life easier, not rely on slow charging from a standard power point. A dedicated EV charger delivers significantly faster charging, improved safety and intelligent features that help you charge when electricity is cheapest or when your solar system is producing excess energy.
Whether you're installing your first charger, upgrading your home or fitting out a commercial fleet, our licensed electricians design every installation to suit your property, vehicle and future plans.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much faster is a dedicated charger than a power point?
Considerably. A standard 10A power point trickles in roughly 10–15km of range per hour, while a typical 7kW home charger adds around 40km per hour, and three-phase units more again. Actual speed depends on your vehicle's onboard charger.
Do I need a switchboard upgrade?
Sometimes. It depends on your existing switchboard, available capacity and whether your supply is single or three-phase. We check this during the assessment and include any required upgrade in the quote rather than adding it later.
Can I charge my EV from my solar?
Yes. Smart chargers can be set to draw only surplus solar, so you charge on your own generation instead of exporting it. If you have a battery as well, we can configure how the two work together.
Can the charger be installed outside?
Yes, most home chargers are rated for outdoor installation. We'll advise on the best location for cable reach, weather protection and how you actually park.
Do you install chargers for businesses and fleets?
Yes. We install staff, fleet, visitor and multi-bay charging, including load management so multiple chargers share the available supply without overloading your site.
Will the charger work with my next car?
Australian EVs use the Type 2 standard, so a quality charger will suit current and future vehicles. We recommend units that won't need replacing when you change cars.
